HYPERSEAL EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Gasket provides an economic and effective solution for sealing tunnel and shafts against water ingress.

Daeryong is able to develop and compound materials to meet the most exacting requirements. Our EPDM gaskets, with their complex cross-section of ribs, holes, and voids, providing strength and compressibility, are manufactured through an automated extrusion process which incorporates the most up-to-date equipment for continuous monitoring of sectional dimensions and profile to ensure that the EPDM gasket is held within specified tolerances.

Daeryong’s EPDM tunnel segment gaskets are tested for mechanical, physical, chemical properties and Water Tightness by "Stuva & Ilas" approved laboratories like STESCO Lab in Singapore, KTR Lab in South Korea, AD Material Labs in Singapore, CIPET Lab in India, SGS Lab in Korea & Kiwa Lab in Germany on multiple occasions in the presence of Client, Consultants, Contractors and approved by BMRCL, MEGA, MMRCL, DMRC and CMRL.

Daeryong manufactured products are approved for use by MEGA, MMRCL, DMRC, BMRCL, CMRL, UPMRC, NCRTC & BMC.

Daeryong has supplied gaskets for over 50,000 Tunnel gasket rings in last 5 years to Indian projects with satisfactory performance report from all completed projects.
